We can advise a member of your group and, if they wish, arrange a fully-managed Bestcare24 live-in or complex care package. Our service is provided at no charge to individuals and families, offering truly independent, professional guidance. We are widely commissioned by the NHS and proud to support communities across England.

Request a Care Support Call for a Member

Signpost expert care options for your support group, simply and effectively.

Local support groups, charities, and community organisations are an integral part of the fabric of society, offering vital help and uniting people through shared experiences. This support can be life-changing for those facing the challenges of later life, loneliness, or deteriorating health. There may come a time when your members, or their loved ones, need trusted advice and guidance about organising suitable care at home.

Approved community groups can now easily refer a member to a dedicated local care coordinator from Bestcare24.

Through our simple process, you can request an initial care support call for a member. A local care expert will then contact them directly to:

Answer any questions they have about arranging live-in or complex home care.
If they wish, take over the entire process, liaising with the member and their family to find and arrange the most appropriate care package.
  • We have been working in partnership with the NHS and local communities for many years and have helped arrange specialist home care for thousands of families.
  • You can also order self-help leaflets and prominent posters from us to signpost this free service to your members. If you are organising a large event and think attendees would benefit from speaking to someone about care options, you might also be able to book a guest speaker from Bestcare24 to talk independently to your group.

Our advisers are available to speak and meet during evenings and weekends and can liaise directly with members and their families. We assess and create a shortlist of care options that best meet the individual’s clinical needs and personal preferences, always with the goal of enabling them to live safely and happily in their own home. We also provide clear advice on fees, NHS Continuing Healthcare, government financial thresholds, and social services support.

Our service is always free and completely independent for the people you support.
