Surgeries now have the option to request a care support call for a patient via our simple, GDPR-compliant online form. A local expert from Bestcare24 will call the patient directly to answer any questions about care. If the patient wishes, we will then liaise with them and their family to conduct a full assessment and arrange the most appropriate care package, keeping you informed throughout.
